The Story of the crab.
Did you know that at some point in their lives- crabs have a tremendous decision to make. As they grow - they outgrow their armor and they face two fates- 1.stay in the armor and suffocate Or 2. shed the armor and allow for the new - much stronger armor to grow.
During that time they are left vunerable. And interestingly enough - not every crab decides to shed the armor- some decide to stay and eventually suffocate. Others weigh up the risk, deciding that the temporary vulnerability will make them stronger in the long run.
And it does.
I like to think of the consultation call as the moment you decide- that you choose freedom and ultimately a stronger armor - even if that means you will endure temporary vulnerability.
