I did my first Hypnotherapy session with Marem Hassler and immediately could tell that things were changing for the better. I struggled with depression since high school, which at this point is over half my life and with everything going on in the world it just got too much to handle. I tried traditional talk therapy before, but never felt really any lasting change from it. Sometimes with depression, it feels like I would get into a deep puddle and not be able to find a way out of it. It was so energetically draining and was holding me back from being my best self in the world. And I just had enough. Marem helped me break that cycle. I contacted her when I was really deep in a puddle and immediately felt better after our session. It’s like the work we did replaced the old negative thought track in my head with one of self-love. And days after the session, I could feel my positive mindset growing, to the point where negative thoughts would try and enter, but my mind just pushed them away. Everyday I listen to the tape, I feel better and better, lighter and lighter, no matter what is going on in the external world. I also feel so much more present in my life. Almost like that sense of childhood, when every moment is so completely full of possibility and wonder. I am so grateful to Marem and working with her. I never tried hypnotherapy before, but I am amazed at the rapid transformative effects and the way she has helped me to retrain my thinking. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
